Attorney Sandra Gamboa works closely with Mark Stapke in the firm’s construction and business litigation practice, primarily representing owners, contractors and sub-contractors in all aspects of construction disputes, including arbitration, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution, on both private and public projects. Ms. Gamboa also provides advice to contractors with respect to contracting, delay claims and other related construction issues.
Prior to taking the Bar Exam in 2003, Sandra Gamboa was a highly successful litigation paralegal, having vast trial experience and serving at trial as “second chair” in over one hundred state and federal court civil trials.
